how can my dh sign up at the store so he can get the deal (some that had only 1 limit)??
I wonder whether we should use relative's address or our address that I used for my card. How did you sign up for your dh or your 2nd card?

He can use his work address. A relative would work. Or your address with a suite # on it should work. I think each person should be allowed to have there own card.

you can just get the card and tell the cashier you will register it online. This will give you time to decide which addy to use.
