How can I fix this?

I went to Target this morning and gave the lady a bunch of coupons and they all acted like they went threw but the 3 that she manual did because they beeped but the other just didnt show and now I am out a bunch of coupons. I gave her .75 for hanes, .50 hanes, 2 2.00 glade, 2.50 (buy 2 get one free glade), 3 5.00 off cranium and the 3 she manually entered for beggin strips. The only ones that showed were 5.00 (one of the cranium), 2.00(glade), 3 beggin strips. How can I fix this. If I take all the games back will it take the 5.00 mfq off my reciept too? The 5.00 off showes at the bottom of my reciept, unlike the glade one showes up where the glade items appear on my reciept. I had a total of 28.75 and it only showes 15.75. I had my 2 crazy boys with me and I just couldnt totally focus and now what?? I have 2 other cranum coupons so I was gonna return the 3 and rebuy 2. Should I return the glade too? I did get the gift card but I still paid 8.00 and I only got it because the stuff was supposed to add up to 3.50 but that didnt happen. Man I got screwed...........

You can call the store and ask to speak to someone at Guest Services--explain the situation to them. They can check the register on the lane you checked out at, the coupons should still be in the drawer. They might make you come back to look at your receipt to see what was taken off.

I would go to the Customer Service Desk and explain what happened. I have had them handle this two ways before. Once they gave me cash to make up the difference and another time, they voided my purchase, found the coupons from the register, and rerang up my purchase. Hope you get it worked out!

I really think I'm going to start separating my coupon items out from my others and do separate transactions, to make sure all my coupons are applied. I don't care if I end up with 20 transactions. It seems like I get stiffed like this on at least 1 coupon every visit. It's driving me nuts. I've checked with customer service...and as soon as they see I have a list of coupons, it seems that we never get it resolved and I'm just "out". I find myself returning things many times that the coupons didn't come off on. I just return them the next time I go. But it irks me that they have my money for that time.

So....my avatar is what I"m gonna look like by Christmas....that Zumba is whipping my heinie into shape, thanks to the free videos on youtube...well...maybe that's what I'll look like by Christmas next year...Wishful thinking never hurt anyone!

The Target receipts are kinda hard to understand. Sometimes they take the coupon right off the price, and it shows the price after coupon instead of the original.

Other times, the coupon shows up under the item, and sometimes it shows up at the bottom of the receipt.

Sorry this happened to you. People laugh at me because I'm a "one-at-a-timer" coupon giver, but for the reason you posted, is why I am! Most of the time the cashiers are pretty cool with it, that way I make sure the order is correct and they don't get reemed for missing something. (not that I would do that, but I know some people do.)

We had this happen before. The cashier actually missed $8 and took all of the coupons. I called GS when I got home and they said to come in the next day and they would check the drawer that night. They gave me $9 in Target GS coupons for my trouble. The manager said that you have to call/go in the day it happens inorder for them to check the drawer.
