I think we can locate some great deals and coupon matchups....the shopping list helps me IMENSLEY, but when I see a list of 10/10 and the coupons next to them that makes it all that much more clear.

Right now Albertson's is doubling and tripling coupons. The Angel Soft Toilet Paper 4 pack is 10 for $10. My Albertson's had the machine with coupons .50/1, and if you double it, the toilet paper is free. I think they realized this and the machine was removed yesterday afternoon. I still had 5 coupons left and ended up paying .50 for a four pack since I bought the last eight packages they had. I think I have 30 packages of toilet paper in my trunk right now.

It really depends on your region--the PNW doesn't double, although in Oregon they do take Safeway's coupons for doubling. It sounds like Texans get doubles, so ask at your local store.

I have never had ours in wa double. that would be nice though.

their current sale is awesome if you have the coupons for the sale items. went yesterday, but kids were naughty so need to go back for more. I am doing some serious stockpiling.

Albertsons WILL double coupons. YMMV I asked today. The cashier seemed very knowledgeable. She said that to double you have to bring in a coupon from another store like "safeway" that says it is for doubling coupons. She also said they take competitor coupons, but not more than 10 competitor coupons, they take IP's but not any IP's that are for FREE items only for cents off the dollar.

tripletsnthree6: where are you located? Albertsons does double in areas that have double coupons. Up here in the NW, they do not.
They do accept competitors coupons, as mentioned though.

I live in the NW (Oregon) and I just take one of the Safeway double coupons in to any Albertsons store around my area and they double up to 4 of my coupons up to $.50. I've never had any problems at all ever.

Barilla Pasta is 10 for $10.00 and if you match up the newspaper insert coupon,
$.50 off when you buy any TWO packages (Manufacturer's coupon expires 12/14/08) and get copon double you can get 2 boxes of pasta for $1.00.

Campbell's Soup at Hand cups is 10 for $10.00 and there is a coupon from a newspaper coupon insert, Save $.50 on any 2. Get the coupon doubled and you can get 2 Campbell's Soup at Hand cups for $1.00

Bruce's YAMS are 10 for $10.00 and if you go to the Bruce's Foods Website and just type in your zip code you can print a $.25 off one Bruce's YAMS. Not sure if the coupon can be doubled but if it can get 1 can for $.50

The Bruce's Yams coupon I printed can be doubled since nothing on it say's it can't be doubled. I was able to print 4 and then used a different Email address and got a few more coupons so I can stock up on yams for the year. Yippee!!!

I'm in Oregon, just outside of Eugene, and they accept competitors, and will accept the safeway double coupons for doubling.

where are you in the NW lattegirl ?

Isn't if funny how one store to the next in the same chain has different rules?...I guess more frustrating than funny. It sure would be nice if they all were in unisome as far as what the rules were.

I look in the Kroger area once in a while and the only Kroger owned store I think we have here is Fred Meyer and I like shopping there too when they have good sales. I love the 5 for $5.00 milk coupon deal and usually get a few milk, a chocolate milk, and orange juice.

I am up in WA~ the land of no doubles.

Fred Meyer and/or QFC...they are all Kroger family companies. I just can't figure out which other Kroger ad they match up too.

I had troubles with that finding a match up as well, I emailed Kroger and asked them and they said Fred Meyers is Kroger owned, but a completly seperate as far as specials. I wish I had saved their responce, I don't remember what else is said. I could have posted it here.

Land of no doubles....I'll quit complaining about not having any triples!

I just got 11 from Fred Meyers, same idea. It was cottonale, and the coupon came from ALL YOU and then I went to Safeway and they had $1 spitters for cottonale and Scott paper products..........my husband was a little surprised that I came home with eleven four packs of free toilet paper.

I live in eastern wa-no doubles here, either. I get so frustrated hearing about the deals in oregon in these forums w/the safeway doublers, too-they are so lucky!!!! Our Albie's will no longer accept Target, Wag's, or RA q.'s, either. Our only hope is to shop at Fred meyer and combine our Freddie's reward card (that has been registered for electronic q.'s at pgesaver.com and shortcuts.com) w/man q.s, FM q.s, and catalina q. combo's. The land of no doubles is a very sad place-at least when searching for shopping deals, anyway. Sigh...
