Now the great news.

I have a local store called Jay-c and it's owned by Kroger. I emailed them yesterday and asked why they didn't double coupons at this store when they do at Kroger's. And just asked if there was a chance that they might start doing it.
While I was gone today, someone called and left a message saying that they HAVE been in the process of possibly starting to double at Jay-c stores.

So if you have a Jay-c near you...write up an email. LOL I figure if they hear enough from the customers they might just do it.
