So I went to target tonight and checked out the pricing on the Lipton tea. On the Pyramid teabags, they are 2.84 at my store but have 1/1 manuf. peelies on them. So cheap!

The big family size boxes of Lipton tea are 1.54 at my target so .54 after the coupon. Not sure if this is a sale price or not.

They had 16 ct. boxes of tea for 1.09!

Up by the register they have Lipton Tea to Go. Probably around 10 in a bag, little packets. They were .99 cents!!


I also found manuf. coupons on the pop tarts for 1.00/1 box (8 ct.)

The 1/1 poptart were peelies on the pop tarts. (good on 8 ct. boxes, manuf. coupon)

The Lipton-to-Go wasn't in the tea aisle. It was at the front near the candy, by checkout, in a bag. It was .99 cents.

The Lipton coupons are in the Database as a Target store coupon, 1/1 Lipton tea. (no size restrictions)

figured the deal out last night! they had the larget lipton to go packs by the register for $2 as well as the .99c pks which is why i was so confused but I figured it out last night and got 5 for FREE...THANKS!

I got the 16 ct packs of Lipton tea bags for $1.09 each. I bought 10 of them, used 10 $1 Target coupons from the generator and then used a $1/ 2 Lipton tea products manufacters coupon. so they paid me $0.10 to take them.

I'm soooo MAD tonight about the deal! THey won't let me use the Target printable coupon because they said that Corporate told them not to use any IP because it is now considered fraudulent! I tried to tell them that it is from Target web and they said, "No, people have been photocoping it." Is it really possible to photo copy those since you can print it unlimited time? Anyone had this happened to them?

That's crazy! I would ask to speak with the manager of that store. Sometimes the associates don't seem to know the rules as well as us frequent shoppers.

That statement was given to me by the shift supervisor. Well, at least that's what the cashier said she was. I am soooo furious about this.

Oh, geeze, I thought we & ALL Target employees were well past that $5 Fraudulent Target Toy coupon incident!!
That is why that cashier refused to take that Target q. There are still cashiers out there that think EVERY Target q is fraudlent!
Here again: Print Out & Carry With You The Target Coupon Policy, as it states right in black & white: TargetManfctrs. qs can be combined.
Thurs. You call the store manager & explain this situation to him, tell him you want your coupon money, & next time you are back that way, you will stop in & get what is rightfully yours.

And What Else I would have done, dropped everything right then & there on the belt (except my wallet), Manager, whomever was in the process of checking you out, or ask for CSTL or Store Manager, had her walk w you over to the Target Kiosk, go to Target.com, then bring up, while she is watching you do this process, bring up the sales/q pg., & Guess what is there??? The Lipton Q!!! THEN PRINT THE Q OUT. Then I would have told her, as I handed her the printed q: "Now, you tell me, right here, right now, how in the world you believe that q if fraudulent, when it is RIGHT HERE on YOUR COMPANY'S web pg, for EVERYBODY, INCLUDING YOU, to print & Use, just as I did while you were standing here watching me perform the process? Oh, & by the way, did you see all the Other Target qs there were to print? Now, let's go ring up my qs for this item." If she still refused, leave everything right there on the belt & walk out, call Corp as soon as possible. Make sure you write down or remember the cashiers/store mangers name, you will need it.

The 100 ct box was $2.99!!!!! I think the shelf said $2.69 too. :P It's easier for us to have the big box vs the smaller. Still a decent price for tea that is drank a pitcher a day in this house by DH

On the 10 packets of the Lipton to Go, at my store, there was a .50 peeling on some of them. Shelf price here is $2.19-$1 generator q - .50 peelie =.69 for 10 servings.

Also, here we have the 16 count reg Lipton tea bags (by the coffee) for $1.09 - $1 generator= .09 for 16 cups of tea.

Just print the coupons at the store if you can so they can't accuse you of copying them. The blue paper is a dead giveaway that they come from their computer screen.

I bought 12 of the 16ct Liption teas (didn't want to buy them all) at .09 each (origonally 1.09). Im going to go back weekly until coupons expire. My aunt will include these teas in the food bags during Thanksgiving.

I got myself the larger box for the house... $1 target coupon and $1 off MQ peelie right on package. So I think it was .29 for the large 48 ct box

I always print at the store, their paper, their ink, it takes me a few mins when i get there to get all the copies i need but hey... its Free paper and ink to me

I went and got the 4 packs of green tea. The coupons would not scan, so I went to CS. They were nice, but since they could not scan them they said I could not use them. I went over to their kiosk, printed one out, brought it over and it scanned fine, so she used that one 7 times and I got them. I was calm and nice, and all went well. They had 0.50 coupons on them for the 10 count. I have to price them to see if they are more than 1.50. Not something I usually buy, but free is free.

Well, a couple of ideas for you:
1) donate to local food pantry, womens shelter, Salvation Army, St. Vinnies, local church, etc.
2) Christmas is not far off. Someone in your family, or possibly a friend, one of the kid's teachers, etc. Hit the rummage/garage sales or Salvation Army, St Vinnies, for some cheap, decent looking, small baskets, wicker or reed, whatever looks nice. Now, some ideas to fill that basket: you can bunch up the Sunday funnies, put on the bottom, or nearly any color of that shredded paper basket filler (anything left over from Easter??) put a layer in the bottom of the basket. Now, items to put in the basket, & keep in mind the sales & using qs, & if none, good old dollar stores will do. Put in the box of tea, dollar store mug, dollar store sml. package of cookies that would go well w tea, maybe a crossword book, etc., you get the idea. Now 4 ways to wrap/secure the bag: dollar store: usually has "basket bags", slip the basket in the plastic bag, twist the top closed, put a twist tie on it, followed by a bow. Done. OR there are rolls of cellophane, colored, patterns, etc, just like wrapping paper only plastic & a little like saran wrap, again @ the dollar stores, cut a piece long enough to pull up to the top & twist for a tail, then go along & pull up the sides. Twist or tie w ribbon, put on a bow, done. There are special "shrink bags" for baskets. Dollar stores probably carry these. & lastly, if you have colored Saran wrap, even prettier, if not, plain old clear works just fine. Do the same as the roll of cellophane, up above. OK, now you have a really nice basket, probably Under $5, BUT if you bought it already done at a store, Try $15 or $20. There's even tips on different containers to go w themes, what to put inside, etc.
I'm sure if you go to youtube, there might be a video on how to wrap a basket w cellophane, or google it. It's easier to do, once you see a video of it.
