Today i found colgate maxfresh w/ mini breath strips toothpaste. whitening cool mint 4.6 oz on clearance for .82
i figured there was that deal for colgate 2/00 ecb wyb 2, so i thought i would see if it would work for the clearance ones or not , used the coupon in last weeks paper,making it free ...... and it printed out 2.00 ecb for each one, i bought 5 and it still doesn't say limit reached!! even if you don't have q's it's still a mm (of course if you can find them) my store never has clearance too, so i was very suprised.
this makes me wonder does the one on sale that's 2/5.00 get 2.00 wyb 2, gives you 2.00 each ?? that would be good to 2/5.00 -1.00/1*2-4.00ecb =1.00 mm.anybody know??good luck!!!

could it be because of the colgate monthly deal that starts tomorrow. the colgate max fresh with beads will have the $2ecbs wyb 1. maybe any max fresh will work???

I just bought Colgate MaxFresh Cool Mint 6.0 oz. It printed a $2 ECB which I wasn't expecting.

I guess this answers the question, non clearance toothpaste is printing the ECB too.

I wasn't expecting this. I thought I would buy one today and finish the deal later to get the $2 ecb. Now the deal is even better!

Ok, now I'm confused. I just checked my receipt and the toothpaste rung up for $2.99, not 2/$5. Also, I don't see the Max Fresh in the list of what is on sale. So maybe this is the October deal kicked in early?

It *is* the October deal. What's cool though is that the ECBs are printing on the clearance ones so those are moneymakers.

The limit for the Oct. deal has also been increased to *at least* 5. Looks like I'll be getting more CVS Beauty Books.
