UGH - I can't print the Pillsbury coupons in the database - it keeps telling me I dont have the thing downloaded (which I do!) - has anyone else had this problem??

Unfortunately, many of us have that problem! It's one of the frustrations of IP coupons - never ending software cliches. I wish it were as simple as saying your firewall coud be blocking it. But, that is not always the case. Mozilla 3 is not compatible with their software so we're out of luck. Prior to Mozilla 3 I could print w/o a problem now I can only print from coupons.com - no smartsource here.

Ya know what is crappy? I was able to use Bricks just fine yesterday, but lately I have been getting a TON of spam/junk/porn e-mail SO I downloaded an Adware/Spyware removal program and it deleted ALL of my cookies & my coupon printer (which I re-downloaded) without asking me - now I can't print coupons even with the coupon printer - UGH, computers. I will have to ask hubby what is going on - I am just about computer clueless.

Did you try IE? I can't print smart source unless i do it in IE.

Yeah, I only have IE. I have to wait for hubby to get home in the morning - he'll be able to figure it out, I hope!

I can't print from internet explorer. It won't let me install the coupon printer and I can't figure out why. It worked fine forever and then about 2 months agon the printer disappeared and now I can't get it to load. Luckily, I have firefox too and I can print from there. I did notice with the chinet cups coupon that it was offered on several sites, but once I printed it from 1, it disappeared on the others. I guess somehow it's keeping track of how many are printed no matter which site is used. That's new because I've always been able to print 2 from each site. Anyone else having that problem?

It's such a bummer not being able to print! I
Awhile back my IE acted up and I switched to Mozilla. I was able to print everything no problems, until the 3 version came out the coupons sites changed their software and NOTHING! So, I've had to become a snail mail user.

All of a sudden, I was able to print Smartsource coupons the other day using Mozilla 3.0.2!!! This is after months of no SS internet coupons using Moz or IE. So maybe keep trying?
