One CVS store I stopped at in search of the Revitalift, not to be found, The mgr at one told me that this is the last week they are running the Test sales! Now I have heard so many stores that I don't believe anything anymore until I see it happen.

All I can say is cross your fingers on this one. Not only has this test thing went wrong for me, Per the mgr it has not worked out for them either. The first week was great. They were very excited. Then the sales dropped off. Now all they get are complaints and low sales.

I will watch and see!

All I know is that when I wrote to corporate they told me that the sales tests were supposed to last for 6 weeks and then they were putting them back. So although it feels like more than 6 weeks, it may truly be over!!!!

it has messed everything up. i have designated 'shopping days', so i had rearrange everything in order to get the deals before they ran out.

My store manager told me the same thing. He hated the way they were doing it said it caused nothing but problems with the customers. We'll see!

I don't have a CVS here, but we are getting them soon, and I have heard nothing but bad things about this test market thing. I am hoping it is turned around by the time they open here.

My store has already given me the ad for next week, and it does indeed start on Sunday the 28th and not crazy Friday anymore. LOL

I wonder what will happen in the test area for Friday and Saturday?? Will they just continue with last weeks sales or start the next week's early? Or have NO SALES?? That would be awful!!

Oh hallelujah! I've pretty much written off CVS since they switched the dates on us. I don't like having to go just to get a sales ad since it wasn't in the Sat. early edition or Sunday papers.

My store manager says that the sales should continue through Saturday. He was talking to the Pepsi guy about it.

I hope it goes back to normal. I havent shopped at CVS in almost 7 weeks. It just threw my shopping days and sales off. I still have about $15 in expired ecb's. Thank goodness my store takes expired ecbs and their own coupons, unless they changed anything else during this time span.

I hate to say it, but I think Long Island, NY is the next test area. Our new ad this week STINKS and has 3 measly ECB deals and looks like the other test ads. It's still Sun-Sat ad, but the deals are not there! This lasted 6 weeks for you guys??????? I might cry.

in the test areas, were you able to get the ECB deals that we were getting even though they weren't advertised in your circular?

The mgr of a CVS told me tonite that the new add goes from Friday till Sat. now. We are back on the regular sale. Thank goodness. My paper was not delivered today or someone took it! So will have to wait until tomorrow when I stop by for a paper. Hopefully it will read what he said!

O.k. I'm clueless in NC. And getting sleepier by the minute. But quickly can someone tell me what in the world is going on? What do you mean test sales? Test dates? Whatever? Haven't been to CVS or reading about them for awhile and am clueless.

I'm so glad our sales are going back to normal in TN. I hated it! I've got the new sale paper and it's definately starting back on Sunday through Sat.

The store manager at my store tonight said that they are also going back to the Sunday through Saturday sale. This week will run through Saturday and then things will be back to normal. Thank goodness.

Jen, here in Texas they were sending out the regular ad during the week (I think it was included in the Friday paper) but also putting a smaller ad in the Sunday paper highlighting CVS's top picks of the week or something like that. That ad lists very few of the ECB deals but I haven't had any trouble getting the ECB's to print from the large weekly ad that everyone is getting. The only thing that I can see that really changed were the sale dates, not the actual sale items. Hope this helps.

Well it must be true because in my todays paper (Friday) I did not receive a CVS circular, so I guess we are back to the regular schedule....Thank goodness!!

I didn't get a Friday ad in my email today. (I'd been getting these since they started the test market stuff.) When I checked CVS.com to find the local ad it says there isn't a current ad and to check back on Sunday 9/28.
Hopefully this means things are back to normal!

No ad in the paper, and no ad in my email...looks like we are back on the normal schedule!
