CVS Buying Long's?
My grandma said a cashier at Long's in central CA told her that CVS is buying out Long's. Can anybody confirm? Wishing and hoping, since they're building a Long's one little ol' block from my house, and closest CVS is 8 miles away! Thanks.

Long's accepted their offer, but apparently Walgreen's is trying to beat it...

Walgreen's would be cool too--closer by 2 mi than the ones I shop now. Hope CVS ups their offer tho!
