Any tips for cheap flying???
My hubbie is taking a trip to visit his aunt in the Phoenix area mid October and we are looking for good rates outta Fort Wayne, Indianapolis or Chicago. He's not intersted in any other airports.... but if you have input, let me know!

He's already tried Priceline... but didn't get anything super on the rates. I am at a loss for where to go for good specials on this right now because I've not searched yet.

I don't use the internet to get my tickets UNLESS it is directly from that airline's site. Call a travel agent, they can pull up all the fares at once, for the different airlines. Then compare with the online sites, like expedia and priceline.

i have never actually used this but have know lots of ppl who use spirit airlines. we looked and the cheapsest we could find on there special flights was to fly outta detroit.

price line is awesome we have used it several times. you can name your own price and they may accept the offer and sometimes they don't but its a lot of fun and good
