WOW - am I ever impressed with Amazon's CS!!! I posted earlier about damaged boxes and I had one of my beef soup bases arrive totally unsealed and needing to be tossed. They wrote me back, and credited my account for almost $40 without even taking the discount I got into consideration! Do I tell them, do I not....there's my moral decision for the day Anyway, the tortellini and au gratin potatoes I ordered, while packaging was crushed the product was not affected or opened up. So get a load of this. I ordered 6 chicken soup bases, 6 Herb-ox beef soup bases, 3 monster sized cartons of au gratin potatoes and 3 pkgs of sun dried tomato tortellini, and a bunch of cajun rice mixes in this particular box. They are crediting me for everything but the rice mixes and the 6 chicken soup base containers that weren't damaged at all (the only thing in the box that wasn't)! PLUS, they don't want any of it returned because it's a food product and told me to dispose of it as I see fit! The only thing being tossed is the one opened beef soup base out of the whole shebang. My refund is for $39.83 and my whole order only came to $37.81...it's already credited to my account on their site. And I forgot to add, they are sending me out 3 more big cartons of au gratin potatoes no charge! They would have with the tortellini as well but it wasn't in stock any longer.

So moral of the story, if your shipment arrives in a sad state like mine did, say something!

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with them too. They'll be cute little gifts. I think their still avalialble if you need some. They have several different types of tins. The pink/puple/blue ones are suppose to be that color when mixed. DD's friends will love that!!

They were still available but no longer in the grocery clearanced section so no discount. You got a great deal with those!

I did end up ordering some butterscotch toffee coffee and a tea/strawberry jam gift set. There are several hot tea drinkers on my list and I love it too when cold/flu season hits.
