For those of you participating in the KMart doubling up to $2, please watch the register or check your receipt closely. I had an item ring up $2 higher than the shelf price and also 3 of my $2 q's on an item that cost $4.59 did not double. Just wanted to give you a heads up!

May I ask, did the register automatically double the coupons, or does the cashier have to do it?

The register automatically doubles all of them. I had 4 of the same coupons, 1 doubled and the other 3 didn't which I thought was strange and another coupon that was suppose to double for .50 didn't double for a total of $6.50, plus the $2 overcharge x4 items for a total of $14.50. I have extra of these since you are limited to 4 q's for like items and they are not DND-5 or DND-9. I called customer service and told them I would bring in my receipt and duplicates so they can match up the numbers and they are going to refund the money to me. If I didn't have duplicates I don't know if they would be so willing to refund the money or not. That's a lot of money so I wanted to give everyone a heads up to be careful!

Yes, I learned to always check and watch as the person is scanning....our Kmart was fined 2x by inspectors for inaccurate scanning prices (ie scanned prices were difft than shelf prices--and usually OVER priced.
