If the sale for an item is already B1G1 Free and you have a B1G1 Free coupon, then the coupon you have should cancel out the price for the first item and both products should be free.

OK everyone to update this posting and clarify this a little bit I replied to the person that sent me the email and asked her to clarify if it mattered whether it was mfg or store Q's and the reply was:

"Regarding the first scenario - it refers to
any two coupons."

So if there are two Q's being used one item gets bought and 2 are free.

Wow, I wish I had taken a copy of the letters with me today. I went shopping at Wags and used my BOGO Rimmel coupon. I got to the car and checked over my receipt and realized the second item was never taken off. I should have gotten both for free and they only gave me the one. On top of that the John Frieda I bought today was supposed to be BOGO50% and they didn't take the 50% off so I didn't get my 9 RR. I was embarassed because of the way they treated me like I was doing something wrong and like all the staff that was working was trying to solve this. The manager on duty told me the BOGO coupon was for Walmart only and at this point I didn't even bother to try to explain otherwise. This made me very discouraged as this was one of only a few times I've shopped at Walgreens and I may just stick to RiteAid.
