I've seen several posts about "plans" to double dip this weekend. Can somebody please explain the basics to me. I've never heard of this.

August EasySaver catalog has q's and rebates that expire on Saturday, August 30th.

September EasySaver catalog has q's and rebates that begin on Friday, August 29th.

They always begin their catalog periods on a Friday, and end them on a Saturday. So, each month, there are two days that you can use q's from both months. Every month they always have a few q's that appear in both catalogs, and they both scan with no problems so you can use them both for the same item. Plus, you can use a manu q too. Of course, this is a YMMV as some stores will not allow it. Some members have called Wags corporate in the past and they were told that it's okay, but that it's not written in their policy either way. I've had great success doing this each month.

The only thing that you cannot do is claim rebates for the same item for both months (it gets rejected). However, you can use an ES q from one month, and claim the rebate for the same item in the other month (which is the case on a couple of items this time around).

I never heard that before and did it last month for the water filter. I got the August rebate and I have gotten a confirmation that I'm getting it again for September. Did I just get lucky/overlooked? Have some of you been rejected in the past?
