What products give you overage?

I'm planning a trip to Wal-Mart to use my Kraft frees. I know I can get Koolaid for cheap, but, of course, I'm REALLY cheap, and I would much rather find something with overage to offset the cost of the Koolaid. I can't find anything in the coupon matchup that gives enough overage, so I was wondering if you guys could list what you typically buy and what coupons you use.

Thanks!

Just a heads up, we couldn't find the Kool-Aid packets ANYWHERE in our local SWM. We were told to go look in the sporting good section in the back of the store....but none there either.

I don't know if this is because they're sold out due to the Qs or what.

Might want to make a back up plan of "Mac n Cheese" or something else just in case.

Overage is YMMV so we are not supposed to "expect"it but if your store allows overage then there are still several coupons out that "give" overage- $3/2 post it flags gives .52 per every 2 post its and the Durex coupon that is out still gives overage depending on what you get. Both of those are IP coupons. Your other bet is the coupons that don't EXCLUDE trial sizes. Other tyhan those I don't know of any.

I'm still getting overage on these items using inserts coupons:

Gold bond body powder trial size
K-Y jelly 2 oz
10 pk Schick disposable razors

I buy these items maximum of 5 per trip so as not to draw too much attention. Have not encountered resistance so far. knock on wood.

The 1.50 dove coupon can be used on trial sizes. they cost 0.97 cents.

I lost my smile at walmart this morning. They most alway give overage and when they do not i never complain because i am still getting a good deal. My favorite cashier was rude to me today.
I gaithered up several q's that are expiring this month and went to buy grocerys today. She rang everything up and used my coupons then she said...."wait a minute we can not be PAYING YOU to buy these items i am gonna have to void every coupon and adjust them. The line was huge and some of the walmart cashiers where in line behind me to purchase snacks and they were rolling their eyes at me and sighing loudly. When I appologized for the hold up one of their workers rolled her eyes, snatched up her stuff and told the cashier they were all going to another line because they were wasting their break.
meanwhile my cashier was mumbling and looking up each item... this item is 0.99 we can not pay you a penny , 0.97 we can not pay you 3 cents.
They will not stop me from saving money for my family or getting great deals but the attitude I could have done without. Especially since I gave this cashier some of my free nabisco coupons about 3 days ago. I will not be sharing in the future.

Hey, your cashier with the attitude took nothing away from the RAOK that you bestowed upon her. It was still a good thing you did for her, no matter the outcome.

Found more, with coupons from past inserts:

*Dove shampoo/conditioner trial size @ WM - this goes on frequent rollback here @ .78, just check regularly
*Fructis shampoo/conditioner - saw this at 1 SWM, not at the others. the $2 on any Garnier fructis tearpads found at WAG and DG works great to get overage. this is also available at KMart. our KMarts now give overage.
*Sunsilk shampoo/conditioner trial size - lots of overage with the current $1.50/1 on ANY coupon shampoo/conditioner.

again, what works for me is to get 5 of "like" items per transaction, 3 different products at a time. I have never had problems, aside from the fact that our SWMs around are coupon friendly; but I will not risk getting flagged and be on the BOLO list by getting 50 or more at a time even if I have the coupons. I pass by SWM often, I make it productive each time

Not sure if they are still on the site but the southbeach printables q's are good to use in combo bc they are a Kraft brand. The drink mix was 2.00 and the printable was for 2.00 so that was FREE. And the pizza q was for 2.00 aswell and it was only .72 at my store after the q. So not bad IMO. Just to switch it up from the koolaid overload if you want.

The first time I went looking for these, I only really looked in the men's razor section. When I finally found them, they were in the women's section. They really looked out of place amongst all the pink and pastel colored disposable razors.. If they are supposed to be women's razors my DH is gonna be upset cause they are his now.

I just got of the razor q's and I can't find the 10pk. Am I missing something...do I need to look in a different spot? Is there something I am just not getting? If anyone wouldn't mind helping me I would be greatful.

the Schick 10 pk disposable razors @ 1.97 are in the razors aisle, it is located in the lowest shelf at most WMs that I go to. it has a dark blue and yellow packaging, you won't miss it.

the $2/1 any Dove shampoo/conditioner coupons we got does not exclude trial size. it scans like charm even for the .97 shampoo/conditioner. no need to argue with cashier. the coupon does not even prompt coupon amount valid =$2? I love this coupon!
