Here's the deals I got today:

8 Snack Pack Puddings @ 1$ (shelf price 1.25, so only need 8 to get the 3$OYNO cat)

2 L'oreal kids detangler spray - FREE After 75c coupons doubled (they were wiped out of the shampoos...but that's ok, I have a ton of them still - I never knew they made detangler spray, and I have to use it on my DD's hair constantly)

3 Kibbles & Bits Wholesome Medley - 49c after 2$ coupons from kibblesnbits.com and this coming Sunday's RP insert (we get ours in the mail)

1 Poptarts 8ct on extended price reduction @ 1.75
4 Eggo Waffles 16ct @ 2.50
*Buying the Eggos and the Poptarts fulfilled the buy 5 items get 3$ off school supplies cat deal AND the buy eggos and poptarts, get 2$ off milk coupon from the school bus display)

3 Aquafresh @ 1$ (for DH) (this is normally 2.09! I was shocked at the shelf price LOL who pays that much for toothpaste? I hate to spend 1$, but its the only kind my DH will use and there's rarely coupons for it)

1 Gallon of milk @ 3.51 - the 2$ wyb poptarts&eggos coupon = 1.51

2 VO5 Shampoo @ 49c (BOGO...for DH)

4 Purex laundry detergent @ 2.50 - 50c coupon doubled = 1.50 for 32 loads

4 Mighty Dog Cans @ 62c - FREE can coupons = FREE

4 OM Bologna @ 1.25

2 HP printer paper @ BOGO for 3.29 each - 1$ IP printable = 2.29 each

2 Papermate Mechanical Pencils BOGO for 74c each

Total Savings with sales and coupons = 55.80
Total OOP 39.70

I used the SCO and did three transactions (1st to get the 3$ OYNO for buying the pudding, second to use the 3$OYNO and get the 3$ off school supplies cat, and third to use the 3$ off school supplies cat), not thinking about all the 2$+ coupons and the free Mighty Dog coupons, so the poor cashier had to come help with most of the coupons, but the regular lines were all so busy that I didn't want to have to bother anyone with 3 different transactions at them.

But now DH should be happy that he's stocked up on his toothpaste and lunchbox stuff, my son should have enough eggos to get him through the start of school and is super excited to have lots of mechanical pencils, and my dog's food barrel is refilled. Oh, and I get the pleasure of the full laundry detergent cupboard again...woopee!

Great Job! My GE trip didn't go well at all but I got a few good deals. The aisles were super picked over so it made it kind of hard. I had to trade for the L'oreal coupons so I won't be able to do that until next week. So excited!

You did good! Giant in my area only doubles up to $.50. They are in the process of building a Giant Eagle in my neighborhood and I'm hoping they wil will double at a higher value.
