Can someone please help me!?! The last time that Rite Aid ran the $40 for new or transferred RX I took mine over there. They gave me a gift card for $20. The next month I went to refill and asked where my next gift card was. The pharmacist said that they would sent it in the mail. Again, the next month I refilled the RX and still no gift card. In the meantime I spent the first GC and took that receipt and submitted my items online for my SCR. I have not received anything in the mail and when I email them for help they only search so far and never get back to me. Unfortunately, I can't find the receipt but they should have this in their computer....right???

It took so long for me to get the additional 10.00 for transferring a prescription that I actually forgot about it. Now granted, I was not using coupons at that time. But, I think it took several months before I received the 2nd gift card.

As for SCR, I'm still waiting for my first check. When I log into my account it says it was mailed on Aug 1.....everyday I run out to the mailbox in anticipation. I believe I requested my check just a little over 2 weeks ago.

You have to click the request button for your SCR to be mailed to you. I have received all of mine that I have requested.

Your post actually put me a little at ease. I, too, am waiting on my first SCR and like you, it says it was mailed on August 1. It still hasn't arrived here yet.

I'm not sure where they are mailed from. But considering how long it's taking, I'm wondering if they are sent bulk mail or something?

I'll post back when it shows up.

It usually takes about 10 days after it is mailed to you to show up. It is just like a postcard that you can cash or use at riteaid.

I did the $30 prescription transfer in April and I didn't get my second GC in the mail until the last week of July. It had been so long that I'd honestly forgotten about it.
