The Crest coupons mentioned in the original post before edit from the July P&G all expired July 31.

The Crest coupons in the August P&G I received are for $.75 off so the oop cost is $.24 for the toothpaste.

Edited to add -- some folks only received a $1 off 2 coupon for the toothpaste making the oop cost for them .49 per tube.

Some lucky folks received $1 off 1 coupons in their August P& G inserts so the deal in the OP will work for them.
