Interesting letter from Butterfinger...I got the same email from them when I called about a bag that I bought and it had been crushed or something...all the candy was in pieces. They were very generous though and sent me four coupons (2 for free bags!).

Great email about the FLIPS! I am glad to see they won't be stopping them anytime soon!
