Are the forms at the customer service desk? And between what dates do your receipts have to be?

Finally found one!

-The offer expired 8/8/08
-Original cash register receipt dated between 7/12/08-8/8/08 with 10 products and prices circled in the same transaction.
-Request must be postmarked by 8/15/08 and received by 8/22/08. Limit 1 per household.
-Participating Kellogg's products, Keebler and/or Sunshine products (4oz or larger, any flavor, mix or match, excludes single serve.

won't the same receipt be used for the $10 kelloggs rebate??? I'm in a no kelloggs insert area, just ordered the insert so I haven't seen in person...

bought 12 boxes of cereal(without coupons) at rite aid yesterday to qualify for their $5 rebate..and was hoping to double dip when the form arrives at my house..

but wouldn't the phone need the same receipt?
