I'm especially thinking about the great back to school sales going on at Staples and office Depot. Will wal mart price match these deals if I print off the sales fliers online? I have a walmart but not a staples or office depot in my town. Will they still price match?

No, they will not price match since they are not competitors in your town.

You need to have the actual sales paper and they must be in your town/ city. Sorry.

(I am having the same problem with the OD deals.)

You have to have them within a certain mile radius for WM to consider them a competitor--usually around 30 miles but you can call your WM to find out specifics. It doesn't always have to be within the town or city--depending on how populated your area is--my town doesn't have a Toys R Us--but they are considered a competitor because they are only 20 minutes away (the area that I live have towns that have basically expanded into each other--so there are a few exceptions to the general rules).
