OFFICIAL RULES



NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES begins at 10:00:01 AM (ET) on JULY 8, 2008 AND ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on September 13, 2008.


1. HOW TO ENTER: Complete official entry form available at myLifetime.com | My Life. My Time. and click on "Submit". ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON SEPTEMBER 13, 2008. No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Limit: one entry per person and/or e-mail address per day. For the purpose of this Sweepstakes, each day will begin at 12:00:01 AM ET and end at 11:59:59 PM ET, with the exception of the first day of this Sweepstakes, which will begin at 10:00:01 AM ET on July 8, 2008. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.



2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about September 30, 2008 by representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or U.S. Postal Service using the contact information provided on the official entry form.



3. PRIZES AND ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of: (i) a 2009 Ford Mustang with Warriors in Pink Package, as featured on "Army Wives" (the "Mustang"); (ii) a 3-day/2-night trip for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to visit the Season 3 "Army Wives" set in Charleston, SC (the "Trip"); and (iii) an "Army Wives" Season 1 DVD Set. Mustang's color selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any specialty enhancement and/or design upgrade provided with Mustang (in Sponsor's sole discretion) may not be covered by Ford New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Winner must take delivery of Mustang within 30 days of notice of availability from dealer selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner will be responsible for Mustang sales tax, registration, license, title and insurance fees. Winner must have valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance to take delivery of Mustang. Trip includes: round-trip, coach-class air transportation from major airport nearest winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Charleston, SC (destination city/location of "Army Wives" set subject to change by Sponsor); hotel accommodations selected by Sponsor (one room, double occupancy); ground transportation to/from airport/hotel and hotel/set; and $1,000 awarded as a check made payable to winner. Winner and guest must travel on itinerary/dates specified by Sponsor (which may be subject to change by Sponsor). All other expenses not included in the Trip description (including, but not limited to, taxes, fees, gratuities, meals and insurance) are responsibility of winner. If winner resides within a 100 mile radius of Charleston, SC (or other specified destination city), Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or other substitutions will be provided for the difference in prize value. Travel/accommodation arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent with service providers selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner and guest must comply with all applicable rules established by Sponsor for the set visit and otherwise; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize. All travel arrangements are subject to availability, blackout dates and other restrictions. Additional restrictions may apply. Exact time/duration of visit to the "Army Wives" set to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and any photograph and/or other material resulting from such visit will remain the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor. Minors must be accompanied on the Trip by parent or legal guardian. If any portion of the Trip is cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof, and the remainder of the Grand Prize will be awarded. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $31,039.99 (Mustang ARV based on 2008 Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price of a base model. Trip ARV will vary based on point of departure and destination city; any difference in prize value will not be awarded.) Fifty (50) First Prizes: An "Army Wives" Season 1 DVD Set. ARV: $39.99 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $33,039.49. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries). Limit: one prize per family or household. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners.



4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older as of July 8, 2008, except officers, directors and employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.



5. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Grand Prize winner will, and First Prize winners may, be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Trip participant must sign travel release. Prize may be awarded to alternate winner if affidavit/release(s) is not returned within 14 days after mailing to winner or if prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable or if 2 attempts to contact entrant by phone are unsuccessful. If Grand Prize is won by a minor, it may be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian in Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners agree to Sponsor's use of name, address, likeness and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law, any such use with respect to minors to be subject to prior approval of parent or legal guardian.



6. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of New York. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor and judge(s) not responsible for: late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due or misdirected entries, e-mails or other communications; errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices or transmission lines; data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials; loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and judges not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. The use of automated software or computer programs to register or to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or to enter will be disqualified. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Sweepstakes, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and all of her/his Sweepstakes entries) from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if she/he tampers with the entry process or if her/his fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor and its directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activity.



7. CAUTION. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Winners list also will be available on myLifetime.com | My Life. My Time.. Winners list request must be received by October 25, 2008. Winners list will be sent after selection and verification of winners.
