Both at my CVS and Wags, I've been told you can't use b1g1 free q's when a b1g1 free sale is going on! Why me, lord? LOL

I had bad luck to yesterday with CVS so I went to Kmart today and used 2 Loreal BOGO with the BOGO sale and they worked just fine and didn't beep at all.. YMMV

You might try printing out the letters customers have received from CVS regarding this issue and bringing them to the store with with you ---- I believe there are two different letters in this thread --- Vive bogo clarification from CVS Corp

Try asking the cashier to scan it to see if it works. It doesn't beep. That may be enough to have them decide it's ok. Unless the manager says no. I have NO luck if a manager gets involved. Chances are they won't even scan the q b/c they hate being wrong.

sorry to hear that. some of the cvs shoppers here got email from cvs corporate regarding bogo coupons on bogo items and they said it's okay. maybe you can print them and bring them to the store.

Don't bring it on us that bad CVS mojo....I have an old vodoo doll to break that stuff up..will trade for what you got...hehehe. Mine cures evil spells..you better bring at least some BOGO. Oh, I kill me!

I had an issue too and whipped out that CS letter and said "let's call them"... no more problems, got my B1G1 w/ B1G1 coupons too!

I had the problem too but didn't have the BOGO letter with me. I also had an additional problem: nail polish (Revlon) is not considered a "color cosmetic" and they wouldn't let me use the $2 Qs from SS this weekend to do the BOGO Revlon deal.

But...at least they consider the CVS A&D ointment skincare and I used the $2 CVS skin care Q to get it for a dollar.
