WE got a scanner at the new CVS in Hendersonville NC!!!! YAY!!!!! I nearly dropped dead from shock!

We have scanners in a lot of the stores here in MN but only ONE has paper for coupons. The others don't work and when you ask the manager when they will be putting paper in they look at you like you are from another planet!

We got a scanner about a month ago but it still to this day says that it is out of paper. THey never put the paper in it so we can not use it.

What does it look like?? I thought that I saw one here in Philly but when I scanned my card it said something like item unknown.

Begamom told me about the one we have here. I love that thing. Everytime I'm in CVS, even if it's just to pick up a Rx, I scan my card to see what kind of a deal I've got coming.

Today, it spit out a $1.50 Q off Sensodyne, which was already on sale anyway! This store Q was better than the manu. Q I used Sunday!

If it says 'item unknown' or 'cannot be found' or something to that effect, then what you have is a plain-old price-scanner that will not be set up to print coupons. If it *will* print coupons in the future but is not quite set up to do so yet, when you scan your card it will say 'temporarily unavailable to print coupons' or 'out of paper' or something like that. The regular price-checkers and the ones that print coupons look pretty much the same...
