Yeah, I know this is a LITTLE bit out there but that's just how I am. The queen of cheap fun, LOL.

I was a CVS today with a fresh new $3 off CVS facial skincare Q that came from the scanner (which I JUST DISCOVERED today....yay!) So of course, I was looking for the cheapest thing I could get....I had the beauty book one that just says "skincare" but this one says "facial"

On the skin care wall was a small bottle of glycerin for $3.49

Now I bet you want to know why that's cool or fun, don't you? Because it makes the VERY BEST homemade bubble solution....to go along with your huge stockpile of really cheap dishwashing liquid!

Here's a good recipe --

1/2 (500 ml) cup dishwashing detergent
4-1/2 (4.5 liter) cup water
4 tablespoons (60 ml) glycerin

Measure out the water, detergent, and glycerin into container with a cover and stir gently. Note: The longer you let the mixture set, the larger the bubbles are and the longer they seem to last.

These bubbles hold together very nicely and are not a gooey as bubbles made with sugar or corn syrup (and they don't attract bees!)
