| Problem with Candy Deal I am having some major issues with this candy deal. I have yet to complete $10 and get $5, but I have bought about $20 worth of candy. My end of my receipt split them up I am guessing one from last week and then this week. The problem with that is that it is still last week. I am really angry about this.. .. I feel that I have missed out on at least $10 worth of ECB. Oh well I guess I will be contacted CS Monday or Tuesday. I went with a friend tonight and she bought what was needed to get the $5 and it said that she still needed $.24 to deal the deal and well she bought something else didn't work. then bought another something else still didn't work. Returned them on the spot. Went to a different store (nicer store) told shift sup what happened and bought yet another candy and you guessed it didn't work. So the nice Shift sup told her that she would give her the $5 ECB on her order so we rushed to finish the coke deal and she did the dove deal. but man what a hassle. anyone else having a candy issue? |

| I Live in SC, I don't know if that makes a difference, but I had no trouble, I bought 12 bags @ .88 (gold emblem bagged) the cashier tried to question me, but I showed her where the signs were on the candy and she agreed, it printed at the end. Sorry for your trouble |

| I think what is confusing is that there are two candy deals in back-to-back weeks. some of the stuff in week one carries over to week two while other stuff does not. I can see how this would be uber-confusing if you bought them on Saturday and the store already had the Sunday sales activated. esp if they have their signage up already. for example,the hershey bars. they were part of the deal week one and week 2. so let's say I bought 10 bars (5.00) on saturday. would they count toward my limit for week one or week two? your best bet may be a call to the 800 number on your card...hopefully they can straighten it out for you. I'm not sure how much they can do at the store level. if you wait 48 hours after your last transaction, they can pull up in their computer exactly how much of what you purchased and verify that you purchased enough to qualify for the EB. or maybe just wait a day or two. the ECB's might just spit out and surprise you. happened to me on the nivea deal. I bought 17.xx and 16.xx in seperate transactions and the register didn't "total" them at the bottom of my receipt. so instead of getting 15 EB for buying over 30 worth, I got 5 for purchasing 16 and 5 for purchasing 17. the extra 5 printed a couple days later once everything had gotten caught up. |

| I did the same deal on two different cards, using an x/xx, the scanner $1/s q's and it worked great --- nice profit! Kept track perfectly, gave me $5ECB when they were due! Yes, probably has something to do with the two overlapping candy deals.... |

| I don't know what happened.. .. oh well.. I will see what will happen in the next couple days. I think that the Gold Emblem is included on this week as well |

| I do know that when you do back to back transactions the computer doesnt catch up! That happened to me last week with the battery deal, so havent tryed the candy deal, but I will make sure to have my #'s right on what I need or forget it! LOL Cust service did give me my $10 ECB, but it was a few days for that, better late than never! ![]() |
