I went tonight trying to do 3 deals--the nivea shave gel--only one
the garnier-- big fat zero

and the dove deal--i planned on buying 5--using 5 $1 off Q and then a 5/15 ( yes my cvs' are still taking them!!) I was shocked to see them listed as $5 each--so i only bought 4--I had bought my dd a deodorant earlier in the week so i had 2.50 towards the deal--welll i was shocked to see they did ring up 3.99 so after i checked out and received one $3 ecb i bought one more to get another $3 ecb--BUT it did not kick out--instead it started me at zero dollars again and only listed the one purchased on my receipt! hmmmp!--so after discussing this with the staff they gave me $3 cash---I was bummed i like to roll over ecb--BUT cash s nice!

did anyone else have trouble when buying the dove in separate transactions??

if you do the transactions back to back sometimes the register doesn't have enough time to "catch up". same thing happened to me on the nivea deal. a couple days later the missed bucks printed.

are you sure you bought the right dove? I don't think the ones that are reg 3.99 are included in the 2/5

The dove/caress deal was kinda confusing in one store I went to. The shelf price said 6.49 but it rang up 3.99. Its always to good to have circular in hand to make sure your matching the price and oz. size. So I brought 3 @3.99 and got the ECB for 3. I was shocked the store had so much of the stuff on sale including the dove bw. I guess because they did not put the sale price up people who do not browse the circular did not realize it was on sale this week and is part of the monthly deals as well.

I was confused by Dove today as well. I went to a different store today and they had the Dove deodorants as $3.39 sale price. I just bought the same exact deodorant in my regular store for 2/$5. I'm not sure why the prices were different between the two stores.
