I lost or misplaced all my crt's and ECB's, I didn't have that many ECB's I used most of them last week, but I had enough crt's and x/xx off certain items I was planning on getting tonight. What can I do?

I believe you can call the 800 number and they can reissue ECBs. I haven't heard that about CRTs though

The CRT's are linked to your card as well, so I would think they could print those just like the ECB's. I would just call and ask. All they could do is tell you no.

Yes, they can reissue crt's, but getting someone who will is hit or miss.

Everytime I have to call them about something, it's either really helpful or really frustrating.

Thanks everyone for your responses. I found them (well most of them anyway) I believe some are still in the car, DS has it at work, I will need to look in the morning.
