I brought one of my email q's in last night and it said it wasn't linked to my card. I know that it was. It had my name on it and it is the only card with that email address. I double checked when I got home to make sure. It completely messed up my trip. And... the cashier was rushing me and I was irritated so I forgot to use my ECB and ended up paying 11 dollars OOP and I never spend that much. I had 10.99 in ECB to use.

I have had this same thing happend to me before too, but it was with that free cvs hand sanitizer spray a while back. If they are going to place all these coupon rules and regulations, they need to atleast get it right when they send them out.

Me too...I've had it happen too. It is frustrating! (I only have 1 card!)

I would call them about it, that really can't be tolerated.

Happened to me as well with the hand sanitizer Q and the beauty Q. I only have one card as well, so it doesn't make sense that it wasn't linked to my card. Grrr..

I hate when that happens. I always mess up like that when I am in a hurry.

I have one better! I got the emailed coupons with the name CYNTHIA ON IT AND THAT IS NOT MY NAME!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

if they're going to tie the coupons to our EC card, they really should put the EC number (or at least the last 4 digits). that would definitely cut down on the ability to share the coupons too. I might suggest that to them!
