the monthly book shows 40 count i bought 2 of those then went back next day there is a sign up under the 60count assorted bought one of those 1.99 and it worked as well so nice to know

and the mouthwash display shows 3.77 but the book says 3.49 so careful mine did ring up 3.49 ( plus there is a rebate out )

There were TMF tearpads on the cardboard displays a few months back when they did this deal at CVS. I'm sure if you created an ISO post for the Smartrinse TMF form, someone will have one.
