ECB didn't print-great customer service
I contact Customer Service via phone about my ECB not printing for my playskool items. At the time that lady said she couldn't pull it up for 48 hours but would make herself a note and get back with me. Well I got an email this morning saying my ECB would print on my next receipt and also a coupon in the email. I was impressed.

you know they always say they will call me back but they never do. The eb just print out but I never am notified. Your eb didn't print for playskool? mine either I bought three packs of diapes and nothing...

It happened last week when I bought 4 bottle sove water, contact the customer service and got $2 ECB 2 days later.
