She rang the $2 off razor Q twice and didn't even scan my BOGO! what the heck!

I called right after they closed last night when i saw what had happend! should i call again or what should i do?

I would call and ask to speak with the store manager. And explained what happened.

If not, I would definately call again today. They'll probably have you hang onto the receipt and check it out next time you come in. BUT, call so they know, then they'll have a chance to check the q's from yesterday and see the BOGO q.

This happened to me a few months ago with a BOGO q on a toothbrush. Really not a problem, just a BIG pain in the butt! They should just give you cash back if that's what you paid with.
