HELP! What happened on my transaction? I've been CVS'ing for almost 6 months and thought I understood their registers/systems pretty well...until today! What I bought Tide 2 @ 5.99 Cottonelle 5.49 3 Revlon @ 3.99 4 Sierra Mist 2L @ 1.69 (BOGO) 4 Honey Bunches of Oats @ 3.79 (BOGO) Total (before BOGOs deducted) $53 Qs $5/15 $3/15 $3/15 (found at rx counter when dropped off script) Tide (2) .35/1 Cottonelle .75/1 Revlon $2/1 plus a $1/1 sierra Mist (2) BOGO Honey Bunches (4) $2/1 New total $15.31 I tried to give him a $10 ECB but it beeped and so did a $5 one that he tried next. He said the register said that eligible Q amt is only $3. WHAT??? I didn't have a rx or gc or anything, not sure why it would say that. So I gave him a $1 ECB and it took it. I had to pay $14.24--$12.57 subtotal + 1.67 tax. I counted 14 items, 3 $/$$ Qs, 11 mfr qs. But the register said it was an amount issue, not a number of items issue. And ECBs have never counted as a Q at least not here. He said it was because I used so many qs, that the register is sometimes crazy when you use a lot of qs that it doesn't want to take the ecbs. (huh??) Does anyone here have a clue? I will be calling CS tomorrow a.m. but wanted to know if any of you CVS Queens had some advice. ![]()

It was the crazy 3/15 from the Pharmacy, same thing happened to me last week! What a nightmare! I still have the q, but I will never, ever try to use it again. There was another thread on here about it, happened to a lot of people Sorry!

OH!!! I had a (different) cashier (different store) last week warn me about using the $5/$15-that after he entered it, no more CVS qs or ECBs could be used. I totally ignored him and proceeded as usual and everything went fine. So it's the 3/15 q that did it, thanks, I'll look up the previous thread.
