Do you get all the merchandise at the same time and just have the cashier ring things up separately? Or do you complete one transaction and take everything to your car and then come back in the store to make another? I have only done multiple transactions a couple of times and always at the same time. I just hate getting stares from other customers or even attitude from the cashiers!

I have done both. If the store is busy, I will plan to go to the car and come back in. If they are dead, I will do multiple transactions at once.

And the same, if store is busy I will do one full transacation then go get the rest and do a second.

If store is slow and someone behind me, I let them go first then do my multiple transactions.

It really depends on the cashier too. "MY" girl understands and gets excited..others, not so much!

I usually don't take stuff to the car in between but I always go to the back of the line if there is one. Sometimes I pay at the pharmacy for one transaction and at the front counter for the other. My pharmacy is nice about letting my check out back there.

The only time I did multiple transactions was when I had one item that I wanted seperate because it had a rebate on it. The cashier was very nice about ringing it up seperately. I did have a few returns one time too because i accidently purchased the wrong size/ item and it didn't qualify for extra bucks. Those were doen pretty much at the same time though with the exception of the time it took to get the replacement item.

I do both depending on how busy they are and what cashier I have.

I never did multi transactions, I'm too scare to do that, especially when I'm using xx/$xx coupon. I always go to a different CVS. I need to learn to be brave...

I do it all at once. I try to wait until it is slow or there is mutiple cashiers. If there is only one cashier I let people go in front of me so I don't back-up the line.

I usually do multiple transactions ( no more than 2 ) at the same time. I only do them when the store is empty and after asking the cashier if it is okay.

I only do one at a time. I will hit more stores.

I usually do them back to back. I have everything separated and ready to go, so it doesn't take very long. I used to go by two different stores every day, so sometimes I'd just stop at both and do one transactions at each to avoid the whole two transactions.

I do them at the same time. I will usually lurk until there isn't a line or there are multiple registers open, or I may just let someone go in front of me. And I always let the cashiers know as soon as I get up there.
I know there are lots of horror stories on here about rude cashiers/managers, but I can honestly say they are absolutely wonderful at my store. I think we just hear more about the bad ones. Don't be scared to do multiple transactions. As long as you are polite, they will usually be polite to you.

I usually do them one right after the other but I've only ever done two. I always seem to go when their slow, so I'm not holding other people up.

I normally do 1 then go to another store, if my fav cashier is there and it is dead, I will ask her to do 2 transactions...it all depends hth

I'll do 2 transactions back to back if the store is empty and I ask first. Never had any problems doing that yet. One of the stores I go to won't let me use the 5/15 or 3/15 more than once so I only ever do 1 transaction at that store.

I have been doing mine back to back but I also go at 3 and 4am when I get off of work....its usually just me, the cashier, the manager and the pharmacist in the store
