Mine were on a table right as you walk into the store --- table has misc coupons, samples, etc. ---- and there were more on the cosmetic counter in the back of the store .....

I found these Q's inside a magazine at CVS that sells for .99 cents, It is called Reinventing Beauty and Rachel Ray is on the front cover. I bought the magazine and of course at my next CVS, I found stacks of the coupon inserts for free.
They also had the following Q's...

Yes, the Rachel Ray one is the newer magazine. All the coupons mishie/mouse mentioned were in what has been previously referred to here as the Beauty Handbook Pamphlet thingy --- NOTE --- there are TWO separate ones --- if you look real quick, you might think both are the same --- both have some pretty good coupons!

My guess is that maybe people were just helping themselves to the coupons off the Reinventing Beauty magazine, so they decided to make it a separate pamphlet instead --- nicer for us cause no need to buy the magazine now!
