I am really CVS'd out today ... Or at least until the new week starts...

I've lost my game. Completely. I didn't plan. I feel like crying so bad. I spent today at three stores...don't ask. I was in denial.


I spent $17 out of pocket. YES. Hard earned cash (well, hubby's hard earned cash).

On top of it all, I used $22 ECB!!!

I only got back $14~~ Total loss of $15!!!

Thats ok...dont cry, it will be ok

I don't know why but, I've been cvs'd out too. I haven't set foot in a cvs in like a week!

I did not do as well as I needed to when I went today. Oh well.

Arrg what is happening to all of us???? Maybe you just need a break

i feel for you hun..i took my husband with me tonight..bad idea..i am now out $36 in ECBs..

Seems like alot of us are feeling this way right now. Maybe we just need a break. I for one intend to spend the remainder of my ECBs on milk and bread and stay away from CVS until I'm finished moving. Perhaps that will get me back in the swing of things.

I went yesterday and had a hard time coming up with a $15 dollar deal so that I could use a 3/15 coupon, and get this, I had $11 worth of Cokes!!!

I think we have just had crummy sales for the last 2 weeks, hopefully next week the slump will be over.

I just told my DH the other night I'm losing the thrill of shopping at cvs. I'm so stocked up on things that nothing is grabbing me right now. Not many great deals lately. I actually walked out of cvs on Tuesday and didn't buy ONE thing.

op, take into consideration all you purchased. Add up the total amount you would have paid without ecb's and coupons and compare that to your oop, that may make you feel better!

I did that last week, but it was because I was buying diapers and using the diaper fund/ECB's to pay for 'em. It was a sad week, but this week is looking okay. I am not going crazy or anything but my ECB count is up.

Just write the week off, look at all the goodies you got and look forward to next week... or even later in the month. You'll get it back again.

Yup, CVS'd out here too. I thought the toothpaste was limit 5 the other day it was limit 3. Well I bought one and 2 toothbrushes paid with a $10 ECB and $1.40 on a money card. Well when I didn't get the ECB's back. They wouldn't return the whole amount. My other store will just do it as a return without receipt. This one said I could only get $1.40 back on a money card. I told them that wasn't fair. I spent $10 of which they will get reimbursed for than they will resell it for $2.99 and make a profit of $4.58 ($1.59 they kept from my ECB and $2.99 when another person buys it) and I will lose $1.59!!! I argued for like 5 minutes. I emailed costumer service and they said yes they should of put the ECB amount on a money card, but that it was up to the manager how he wants to handle returns. I'm pissed and hating CVS right now.

I'm with you ladies! I, too, walked into a store and left without purchasing a single thing! WHO AM I?? I'm waiting for the mind-blowing deals to come back again!

Maybe I just need to check out the stores with coupon scanners to get me back in the groove....

I had not been in like 2 or three wks and then relized my ecb's were going to expire so i went in and found the tooth brushes that are free with ecb's and I actually made money. Still not as good as I should have..I was running late and the store was about to close when I left home so I didn't have time to find any $/$$ so I could have made out really good if I had any of those. The when I drove in to town I realized my cell ph had been on top of my car earlier in the eve and later i found it smashed to bits in the road Anyone know where I can get a free cell ph...with my current verizon plan. :bummed:
