I just went to CVS and was planning on spending less than .50 oop. Well one of my coupons wouldn't scan right (The $4.00 intuition Q). Well the manager came over there and put in 3 different manual coupons as $1, $1, $2. Well that took the place of my ECB that I was going to use so I had to get fillers just to use my ECB. I was mad. I ended up pay over $2.00 OOP because of this. I really am going to start shopping at the CVS across town.

I know how you feel. This is the third week in a row that I've made some stupid mistake, or the management at the store has messed up. I'm about to hang it up. I will if corp doesn't give me the ECB's I deserve for aquafresh and lifestyle fitness gum.

no..you should have been ok..ECBs dont count towards your coupon count..or at least they dont in any stores i have ever shopped at..

It does in the stores here. If you have 4 items, you can only use up to 4 "coupons."

I guess we are lucky. The ECB do not count for the items. I have never had to get a filler for any purchase. Even when I used CVS and Manu. q they just override if I have more q's than items. I have only been doing a LOT of CVS shopping the past few months. CVS has been in our area for less than 2 years and I love it

Wow... Really? Did they tell you that or does it just beep when they scan the ecb? I've never heard of that either. That would NOT be fun if they make a change to this.....

I'm never had them count as "coupons" either. Just manufacter coupons, store coupons and $/$$. Are you sure it wasn't just the tax the kicked it out? I can't pay for tax with ECB's so sometimes they beep from that.

I get so mad when my plan doesn't work out. Sorry you had trouble.
