So two weeks ago, my ECB's for aquafresh and the life fitness energy gum did not print and I'm still struggling with corp over that. Today I go to get a couple of deals including the Schick Intuition refills. I had the $4Q and was expecting $6ECB's making it free. I go to get the refills and they are in a hard plastic drawer with a sign on it that says "push red button, pull open drawer, choose product." Well that's what I did but it turns out what you really have to do was ask for assistance for someone to come unlock it. Well, a cashier saw me struggling with the locked plastic drawer, she sent the manager to go help me. I am easily embarassed and did not properly identify the 3 ct razor blades for the deal and accidentally got the 6 ct. Anyway, I go to ring up and some lady comes up behind me and (i hate to be rude) but she stank and she had no concept of personal space so she kept getting closer to me. No sooner had my order been rung up and she was literally pushing me away from the counter as I was still handing over coupons and money. Whatever. To make a long story longer, it was not until I got into my car that I noticed that not only did I not get the $6 ECBs for Schick, but I paid $19.99 for the 6 ct.

OK. I'm so mad. This same CVS (which happens to be my favorite) was where I had to return 2 extra Colgate 360's three weeks ago because their sign says limit 5 (it still says this) and the limit is only three. So 3 weeks ago I had to make that return and the manager was called because the cashier copped an attitude saying, "I can't handle this return because she used all these coupons." Anyway, the manager ended up paying me 34c that day for my whole purchase after the return was done.

Now I have to go back to this CVS and make a return for $19.99 when my OOP was only $2.18. I'm so bummed. I go out of my way not to be noticed, not be be labelled as the lady who causes trouble, etc. I guess it's a good thing I'm moving in two weeks. I'm going to return my Schick, take the freaking stares and glares, and walk away with a gift card I hope. Then I'm packing up and moving to AL and they can all pound sand.

i bought the just 4 men for my FIL a couple weeks back and it wasn't the right color...i was headed to another cvs and dh told me to return it...so i did. so i would try that...returning it at another store..

Somebody needs a hug.. I hate it when people invade my personal space. I also hate it when people stand real close to talk to me, its like HELLOOO, im not deaf MOVE!! Tomorrow will be better!!

Sounds like someone needs to watch the episode of Seinfeld about the close talker.....

hey i've had to do this several times too. especially when they had those FREE vitamins! UGH!! i feel so embarased, i really try to stay out of notice, but something ends up happening just put on your big shades for the day <3

Sorry that happened....those thingys are funky anyway, I got mine to work at my store, but its just crazy....Id return it to another store and see if they let you exchange it and get store credit...

I would just return it. My store does not give me any problems at all. I tell them I used a coupon, but even when I get full price back for it, they are being reimbursed for the coupon. I bought 1 too many Tums, a wrong aquafresh (it was in the display as being on for the ecb). The new manager had told me if it is wrong just return it. He was the one that also told me if it said limit 3 one place but I can show him where it says limit 5, he will honor it. SO I am going to get 2 more toothbrushes. He said that was confusing to them too. I had to go back after I called the day before, a $3 CVS coupon charged 3X's instead of being a credit. I had a coupon for a b1g1 free Lamisilk and he either didnt scan the coupon or it didnt take. IT took 3 separate transactions for them to fix it. But they did. THis was after I had told the manager about my horrible wags transaction...LOL. It will be ok. Good thing we get free razors. $19.99 for 6 cartridges!

Where in AL are you moving to? I am in AL, only have one CVS within 15 miles of me, the rest are 50 plus miles away :-) Hopefully you will have better luck than me!

I am moving to Mobile in two weeks. I just scheduled the movers today! I'm so excited. I'm from Birmingham and haven't lived in the state since I graduated highschool in 94. So, this will be the closest I've been to home in more than a decade!!
