and I thought you could do 5?

The reward is the ECB you received. It keeps a total for you at the bottom so you know what you have purchased. It looks like you bought 2 Kraft, so it says that you bought 2, and that you needed to buy ttwo to get the ECB. Same with the softsoap. Although, I am not sure why it says you need to buy two of those to get the reward. If you maxed out the deal it would say "Offer limit reached"

miflag is right - you have bought those items. It says "quantity needed to earn reward 2" because you can buy 2 more to get ECBs again. It will say Offer limit reached when you can't get any more ECBs for that deal.

So the Softswap thing is only going to let me get 4 not 5?

are you sure the softsoap one says quantity needed 2? usually when you only have to buy 1 to get the ECBs it will say quantity needed 1..

No you can get 5. It doesn't keep a running total as to how many until you reach your limit. You just have to remember the limits yourself. It will keep a tally of how many rewards you have gotten and what is needed to get another one. Then like they have said here it will say "offer limit reached".
