I went today and tried getting the two whipped CG True Blends and the EOB deal. I get up to the regiser she rings everything up and and the CG BOGO coupon beeped and could not be keyed in. The cashier in charge said even with her over-ride key the system would not take it. Anyone else have issues with this coupon working right?

She ended up handing me back the coupon and taking off the foundations...UGH!

I did the same thing as you (two whipped TruBlend foundation), the cashier had to put the Q in manually, but she got it to take off the 9.49 for one. I don't know what she did to get it to go through.

Yup mine beeped but some how the cashier pushed it through. Sorry you had trouble, maybe try another cashier.

Mine beeped too, the cashier and mngr read every single word on the Q and then keyed it in.

Mine beeped today too but the cashier read the coupon over and put it in manually. I'm going to another CVS store tonight to see if I have anymore trouble.

Thanks so much, I will try another store tonight and see if I have better luck. One of the cashiers that were there said why not just key it in by pressing xyz key and she said "we can't do that anymore, or we will get written up. Anything over $2 can't be keyed in anymore..."

Luckily everyone was super nice about it, they just could not get it to go through!

I was there today and when the young man scanned my coupon it beeped..he tried manually a couple of times, still did not work..looked in the bag at the item and then looked at the coupon and then did something to override it and gave me a 10.99 credit...

My coupon went thru just fine on the first transaction. But every transaction (different stores) after that the coupon beeped and they pushed it thru.

Since the coupon is BOGO I have never had one of those coupons NOT beep on me. This is because they need to manually put the price in. Any store I have gone to in the past has done this. If it has not beeped for someone, I would be curious to hear that.

I had a new cashier today and did this deal. She scanned the coupon, but did not enter a price and after I got out to my car I realized she did not take it off. I went BACK inside and the manager gave me cash back, after trying to tell me that I did earn ECB on the deal. I had them open the drawer to pull the coupon I had just handed to them and asked her to show me where it was taken off. The cashier said, "I scanned it." I had to tell them that because it was BOGO they needed to put the price in.

I think the beep is not really a "problem" with the coupon. But just a notification to the cashier to Put in the amount and write it on the coupon in the space provided. Just as it happened to me the other day. And today on the zooth I had 2 b1g1 coupons and the same thing happened.

Exactly. It's supposed to beep so they know to write the amount in on the coupon and manually take it off your amount.

Real quck cvs question-sI have i hope 3 b1g1fs now and 3/$1-$4/20 and $10 ecb-should it be done in one order or 2 or 3 with different cards. Help leaving soon to do this and WAg photos developing thingy.

Any coupon over $10 at CVS requires a mgr... maybe that was the problem? Since the foundations are 10.49 or so. I think it comes up on the screen as "exceeds limit" or something of that sort. Check with a mgr next time
