I know that there was a thread a few weeks ago about doing something nice for the wonderful CVS's out there, and this is what I did. They were SO kind to set aside the 4 Softsoap Spas that I needed to finish my deal, and they even CALLED ME to let me know they were ready to be picked up!! When I "reserved" them with the mgr., I asked him how many staff he has so that I could bring them breakfast. It is about 8, so I stopped by Dunkin' Donuts this a.m. and got 1 1/2 doz. plus a box of coffee. I had SO much fun taking that in to my wonderful favorite store!! They were so appreciative, and I left a little note for the staff about how much I think of them. It made me feel really good to do something for them. Goodness knows, I only pay 10 or 15 cents each time, rarely over $1.00!! Just thought I would pass this along for anyone who would like to do something nice for their favorite store!!

The last time I went to CVS, the cashier and I were discussing the Huggies deal and she mentioned that is the brand that she uses for her son. I went home and wrote on an index card the info. about Caregivers marketplace rebate. I gave her the card and a couple of Q's when I came in to do the Huggies deal. She was really excited.

Later in the same trip, I realized one of my Q's had expired and I asked her if they accept them. She told me to give it to her and she would make it go through. It went through anyways, but it is nice to know I have a cashier on my side!
