I found another EOB item that works!
On the shelf next to the cosmetic sponges I found clear plastic boxes of 300 count Qtips that are labeled CVS on the front but if you turn them over they are EOB and they work for the $5 ECB's and are only $1.99 which is a lot less than some of the other items.

Yup, I've picked up a few of them and they're not bad at all. Comparable to the J & J Qtips that were sold in 2 packs back in January.

I've gotten 3 boxes so far. I haven't opened them up to try yet though.
