Help Sign Need help with a ECB question....

We don't have a CVS near us but I shopped at one recently when we were on a day trip. I will be going back near one this weekend, I have a receipt that has $14.95 worth of ECB's on it.

My question is, how do I use this? Can I walk in and buy $15.00 worth of stuff, give them my ECB and pay a nickel plus tax?

Hope this makes sense and thanks for your help.

Kristi

You sure can!

Just remember that some things are excluded -- gift cards, prescriptions, lottery tickets, I forget what else. But otherwise, go nuts. Just make sure they scan your card so you can use your ECBs (and maybe earn more.)

Yeppers! And at my stores, an ECB works kind of like a store discount, so I wouldn't have to pay tax on the $14.95 that the ECB takes off, just the amount that I pay in real money or in manufacturer's coupons.
