I went yesterday and bought a few things. I handed her my ECB card. She asked the phone number associated with the card. I was like ummm ok why?? She said loss prevention required the card be matched to the phone number. I gave it to them and they said it didnt match. I was like ummm it better. Then I remembered if I give my phone number at the register the few times I didnt have my keys it prints the last few numbers but leaves the very last one off. They had to call the manager up and have her ok it. It was a pain for sure. They are making it difficult. Are all of them going to do that or???

When you give your phone number, it doesn't match your card number. It will be off a number or two.

It seems CVS has new rules every day! I would go back, and stand behind a few people to make sure they are asking for everyones number, and not just singling people out.

I was at a CVS yesterday, when they marked the Easter and ST. Patricks stuff to 90% off. There were 2-3 people waiting in line because the employees were grabbing what they wanted off of the clearence rack.
The person first in line said it sure was nice of you to worry about yourself, instead of the customers waiting to check out. *They really only waited maybe 1 minute, as I was standing beside the employees who were grabbing the clearence items right next to the checkout lane.*

The manager was actually one of the people looking at the clearence, and she apologized over and over to the people standing in line, then gave each of them a $5 gift card for their troubles! Man, why wasn't I in line! HAHA

You better believe I'll be going to that store quite often!

I had changed all our info when we moved but for some reason our phone number was still wrong. Caused a problem when dh forgot our cvs card and used our current phone number. We got ecb's for someone else's card. I changed our phone number again and got $4/$20 coupon for doing so.

Boy guess I need to change my number now huh? LOL. Guess my new number will have to be 913-867-5309 and nope my name is not Jenny! I would not have provided my number for them if I had my card present. What's the point of caring and handing them your card then? I think the rules are changing more and more on a daily basis by store...CVS is starting to show similarities to WAGs. UGH.......

I went yesterday Easter was only 75% off at one store and still at 50% at another.

I thought it was wierd. It must be something in the system as she typed it in the computer. What a pain this is going to become.
