Back 2 Back Transactions (ECBs Don't Print) Ok this has happened to me two times now. I've noticed sometimes if you do back to back transactions that sometimes it takes the system a little while to catch up and all the ECB deals you have done are not on the 2nd transactions receipt. No biggie, I just make sure I keep track by look at the previous receipt as well.
However two times now I've done transactions one right after the other and split ECB items up like tonight was the $15 Clean and Clear deal. I put one item on transaction 1 and the other two on transaction #2. My transaction #1 got a little messed up because I went in the neg. because I had an ECB I was going to use but didn't need one that high so while I wasn't paying attention while we were waiting on a manager to approve the $30 Contour coupon she grabbed and scanned the ECB. Well anyways I went into the neg not realizing it was the ECB that caused it. So I did transaction #2 and my ECBs didn't print for the Clean and Clear.
Receipt #1 says I spent $5.69
Receipt #2 says I spent $9.38 (need $5.62)
Trans #1 bought 1 for $5.69
Trans #2 bought 2, 1 was $4.49 the other $4.89
So I spent $15.07. Do you think it will print the next time I go make a purchase? I need to call CVS CS anyways because I bought 2 of those Juicy Drop Pops and got no ECBs. I've noticed these vary in price from store to store. At one they were $1.49 and another $.99. |
