 The cash register tape jammed today I was able to get a $3 cash card for my Be Fine purchase. But then, after I got home, I remembered that I had completed a survey at cvs.com that was supposed to give me $10 ECB after March 14th. Has anyone else completed a similar survey and recieved those ECBs? I have no proof if they would have shown up since the paper jammed. . .   |

| Call corp and they will help you. It takes 48 hours before they can see your transaction so most people wait two days before calling. They should have proof that you did the survey and this was the first time you shopped since the 14th. They are usually more than happy to help. |

| I received my $10 for a survey this past Friday. They did print out on 14th. |

| This is my first problem with any ECB thing. I have had such good luck at my CVS. The manager and cashiers are always so kind, and they cheer me on when I give them coupons - I spent 1.06 on a pack of 52 diapers today |

| Wow! I have a good CVS too, but I have had problems with ECB's print 3-4 times. They are super nice when you call. |

| When I went in on Friday night, I scanned my card when I walked in and was happy and then horrified as I saw my $10 survey ECBs start to print, then get jammed and only half the receipt came out. Of course the part without the bar code. The machine said 'printer error' and was down after that. I didn't need them for that trip, but I was like, crap, what if I can't get them again. The cashier assured me I should be able to call and explain what happened and they'd reset it for next time, but I was still fretting. But low and behold, the system must have known about the error and when I bought my other stuff, it was the first ECB to print. YAY!!! I hope you don't have any problem getting yours when you call. |

| I just called the company number and talked with a really nice lady - she said the 10 ecbs from the survey will print in 48 hours  Looks like I am going to cvs this Wednesday |
