This was the response I received today from the email I sent yesterday asking about the validity of the $5/$15 coupon.

Why is the validity of it being questioned? Did you see the post about Caremark helping Wellness 360 to get increased users? Well surely having that coupon on there helped.

As for the validity being questioned, I was called by CVS and told that these where not valid coupons and they did not put them out on any websites. He even took down the websites address and said he would be checking it out. (the coupons had already been takin down though). Than I was told they where only e-mailed to costumers.

But than when the OP asked she got a different answer saying they where legit. And of course the post showing that they did indeed get together with Wellness360.

I wonder why they are honoring the $5 coupon but not the prescription one? Mine was turned down yesterday (the pharmacist didn't even attempt scanning it). I had copies it straight from the Wellness site too!

My store accepted it but would only give me $25 since that's what the coupon scans at. Not the $30. Sorry yours didn't even try. You should call or email CVS and explain and see if they will honor it now after the fact.

I was denied the 5/15 coupon this morning. I had just used it earlier in the week at the same store. She told me it was fake. I will be going to my regular store later this week.

I was paid 30.00 on my RX this past week. The gal did make a comment that originally they were having problems and only coming up 25.00. However she said they got it fixed and I got my 30.00.
Have had no problem with the 5/15.

So your store called you in regards to them? Wow. I must have missed about that.

I e-mailed CVS today and told them the situation. I requested they send me a $30 gift card. I included RX #'s and my Wellness 360 member Id. I also mentioned that this is the first time I have been disappointed with that particular store (I shop there quite a bit) so hopefully they will follow through.

Today, I used the 5/15, the second time I tried to use it the manager lady got ugly and said they would have to write it off as a loss and only one per customer. She also tried to tell me it was fake and the same coupon because the numbers were the same also you are only allowed to use it once anyway. I figured it was another coupon hating manager.

I used it alot times already this month so no big deal. But I don`t like being treated like a criminal I spent $50 at cvs over 3 trips, so did throw them a bone. I got alot of freebies so gonna let the 5/15 go and take a cvs-ing break. I printed these from afullcup before it was removed. I am proud of myself, I did not take it to the "I will call cvs corporate on you" level.

No big deal anyway my husband is fusing about my cvs stockpile ( he wants to build a storage building), I am so glad I got to take advantage of the 5/15q it was great while it lasted!

??Do all the 5/15 coupons have the same barcode??

the cvs coupons had to be removed from the site at i believe cvs's request..
