| I'm pretty sure it's any Pepsi product. I purchased $15 worth of Dr Pepper and got $5 ecb from Pepsi/Revlon.

I am going to tag on here with a question too...you can get 5 of each flavor for 0.77 in one transaction correct? I believe this is the case but am working on a scenario that will get at least $10.01 of soda in one transaction for a NBPR rebate. I want to buy 7 Sierra Mist (5 @ 0.77, 2 @ RR) and 5 Pepsi for a total of 11.04 use 7 $1 Sierra IPs and 5 $0.50 Pepsi coupons (I should get them on Friday) for a total of 1.54, get back $10 for the rebate. Then I will finish out the $15 with Pepsi and 0.50 coupons. Anyone know of any issues with that scenario? The deal does include all the Pepsi flavors but be aware that what is a Pepsi flavor can vary from market to market. Your best bet is to scan at the RM to ensure it is ringing up at the correct sale price and will be included in the deal. The limit listed in the ad is 1. |

The first CVS I went to would only let me get 5 bottles of Mt Dew, they would not budge on the limit. I figured if I had to I could get 5 at each of our 4 CVS stores to get enough to get the Revlon deal. Next stop I asked if I could get more than 5 but the cashier said no and then said that they had been having trouble in the past with a couple who run a mom & pop store who would come in and get a whole lot of whatever 2 liters were on sale and then resell them for $2.50 each! Next stop I asked if I could please get 10 and the really nice cashier said "go for it." I was able to get my $5 ECB and wound up with enough soda to keep DH happy for a while. After I got my sodas I noticed a group come in and start to load up on them and were taking them to a van and then coming back for more. I sat in the car and watched for a few minutes as I was making a phone call. I wondered if they were buying for a convenience store. No telling how many times they went in and out after I left! Hope that such a large haul won't make that CVS reconsider letting us get more than the limit in the future. |

I plan on buying 26 at .77 ea to get to $20 then use my 4/20 making it $16 then getting $5 ecb making it $11 for 26 2 liters I went today and they had pallets of Pepsi im going to get an assortment even though I know my CVs won't care about the limit! Correct me if I'm wrong about how this deal should work? I'm scared to try it and it not print the $5 ecb because $16 isn't cheap enough for me if it doesn't print.

Does this deal track on the bottom of the receipt? What is the deal anyway? Spend 15 and get 5 ecb back?

I dont understand why you believe the ECB wouldnt print though, the limit doesnt have anything to do with that. If you can clarify your concerns about the ECB perhaps we can help. |

I called my local store manager and asked if I could exceed that limit. He asked how many I wanted to buy and what flavor. I told him I wanted to buy 26, of the various diet varieties. He said it would be ok to do that. I bought 13 Pepsi Max, 7 Pepsi Next and 6 Diet Pepsi, which came to $20.02. I had the store q for $4 off my next purchase $20 or more, and used that making my total $16.02. I had $3.75 in extra bucks from a prior deal, so I applied them to the balance making my total $13.23. I paid $13.26 and got $5 in extra bucks, making my net purchase $8.26 for 26 2-liters of Pepsi, which comes out to $0.31 each!!! Yippee!!!!

| No Beer Purchase Required. You will find these types of rebates around the beer section, often on a tearpad. Only some states participate in the rebate at all and only some do not require the beer purchase. The states that participate vary by offer. The particular one I am using is Heineken $10 off $10.01 any non-alcoholic drink purchase. NBPR in AL, AR, CT, HI, KY, ME, MO, NC, NJ, NY, PA, UT and WV. I often see other states included and they really end up being a way to earn back a nice chunk of your grocery budget as well as other purchases. It's worth a search on the Forms/ Rebate forums to see what is available in your state.

Quick question... I don't have to buy revlon with pepsi to get $5 back? When I first read it, I thought you had to buy both. If not, I can't wait to pick some up! Totally out of pop right now. Miss my dt. dew!

It certainly looks like you need to buy both per the ad but several people have reported it working with just the Pepsi. |
