Just a head up the neosporin with early activation is a good deal.

2x neosporin 5.89 each = 11.78
Use 20% off= 9.24

Yea the overage is because the % off with the $3/1 bayer coupon. So the more bayer + coupons you throw onto this, the more overage $ .60 per bottle as long as the price per bottle does not exceed the coupon value, then it's diminishing overages.

I am just starting at CVS and have the following on 2 cards:

Card 1:
$4/$20 purchase
$3/15 beauty purchase
$1/1 herbal essence CRT (3)
Various other manf Q from 6/24 SS,RP and 7/1 PG
And various printables from coupons.com

Card 2:
$4/20
$3 ECB
All various manf q listed above

It looks like the herbal essance and fruits shampoos would give me some ECB's to start... I want to build up like I've seen on this forum, any suggestions on scenarios or other ways to earn ECB's?

Both CVS near me running the $7 off pf but none with peeled and I do not have any manf Q's

Assuming the H&S BOGO continues to auto-deduct $9.49 (unless you get a cashier who manually changes it), you're going to have $17.02 in overage.
