Question: I've already bought two organix products this week and got the ECB's for it...can I do it again and get another ECB? It says limit of one deal but sometimes they let you do more than one..thanks

Read the linked thread and still a little confused as it appears this week there is a limit of 1 deal, however next week it turns to a limit of 5? Thought I read where people were getting more than one limit this week. My receipt says my one deal has been met?

The limit is already 5. I reached it at $50 Tuesday night. I did all of it in one transaction and received a $25 EcB

If your receipt says offer limit reached after one deal, that is not what others have been experiencing. Did you do your deal today? Can you post a pic of the relevant portion of the receipt?

I am confused and need some help.....please
I have two cards and here is what both receipts say

card1: I spent 9.99 and got $5 ecb
but it still says that to earn rewards I need 0.01 dollars
Does it means if I buy anything just above 0.01 dollars it will give me another 5ecb?????

Card2 :
I spent 14.99 and got $5ecb
receipt says: I need $10 to earn reward
I thought I just need to spend $5 more coz the deal is "Spend 10 and get 5ecb"

Aha..I just went to find my receipt to try to take pic and it doesn't say limit reached after all! Yay!

Receipts never reflect the accurate tally information if the item has been purchased in that transaction. If you were to do another transaction, the tally would correct itself.

On the first card you need to spend $10 to get the ECB.
On the second card you need to spend $5 to get the ECB.
Someone correct me if I am wrong.

i found some that were clearance but not marked. the green tea conditioner only and the brown bottle it think was shea butter were under 4 and produced the ecb

I bought shampoo, conditioner, a masque, a clearance conditioner and 3 body wash. Total before coupons and tax $52.33.

Used
3-$2/1 shampoo/conditioner
3-$2/1 organic BW/lotion

Total after tax $24.12
Received $25 ECB

I'm so bummed. I was able to find a store with a couple of clearance Organix and since I had a 30% q in my account, I decided to go for all 5 deals at once and grabbed those 2 along with 6 of the full price ones. Sent the 30% to my card to do the deal, checked out, and cashier refused to apply 30%. He said the Organix was promotional and therefore excluded from the deal.

Oh well. You win some, you lose some. I cancelled my trx and left empty-handed.

For some reason today all the sudden my clearance Organix would not apply to the deal. My cashier force printed the $5 ecb. I don't know if it was a coincidence or if they updated the system to exclude clearance?!?! Anyone else find this?

It seems like they updated their system for July 1st. I tried the treemint and shea butter and neither of them worked for the ECBs. I didn't ask the manager to print the ECBs since I'm not sure if the signs say excludes clearance plus the line was getting really long after the guy in front of me cleared out all the PF concealers. Still tracks for beauty bucks ....wish it still worked for ECBs.
